Account Data: Name, email, and password when you register for an account.

Learning Data: Course progress, quiz results, assignment submissions, and instructor interactions.

Payment Data: Handled securely via our payment processor (Shopify/Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Access: A subscription provides unlimited access to designated courses for a monthly or annual fee.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of the period and automatically renew unless cancelled by the user.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change fees with a 30-day prior notice.

One Account Per User: Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited. Detection of simultaneous logins from different locations may lead to immediate account suspension without a refund.

Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in a cycle.

New Subscriptions: You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have viewed less than 20% of the content and have not downloaded any supplemental materials (PDFs, etc.).

Renewals: Automatic renewals are non-refundable. Please ensure you cancel before the next billing date.
